Less curl,
or more.
Straightment takes curl, wave and frizz out. Wavement puts curl and movement in. One chair, both directions, on real heads since 1991.
Two directions. That's the whole market.
Straightment
Frizz gone and the pattern kept — or the curl genuinely loosened — or straight from now on. Three kinds, the same words as your colour: semi, demi, permanent. You choose the commitment, not the chemistry.
Wavement
Curl that is there wet and dry, or curl that arrives as the hair dries, or lift at the root and nothing else. Every up changes the hair itself — it grows out, it never washes out. I say that before you sit down.
I do both directions, and I earn the same either way — so I have no reason to talk you into one of them.

Women's treatments
Every service with its real price by length, and the honest limit of each one written on the card.
Women's treatments →Men's treatments
Hair that does what you tell it. Nobody will know why. Sides that stick out, a cowlick, frizz since the grey came in — all fixable.
Men's treatments →Your hair has a code
Four questions, no sign-up, and you have it — z3 f2-NND — your pattern, your frizz and your condition, read the way I read them in the chair.
“The magician of the hair world”— Glamour
Three decades in. Still learning.
Mastery of this craft is built behind the chair — hands in hair, understanding what every product actually does, day after day, year after year. But the chair only teaches you so much on its own. The knowledge accumulates elsewhere: in conversations at trade fairs in the US and across Asia, in Bologna — where I'm a regular — several times a year, every year. I've invested heavily, and happily, in keeping up. Without both, none of this would exist.
And I've been lucky in one more way: London. Every hair texture on earth walks through this city — and through my salon. Every day brings a new challenge, and challenge is exactly what a technician needs to grow. Few places in the world offer that education.
I travel because that's where the industry actually lives. It's where I meet the global manufacturers face to face — the factories behind the products and the tools. Those relationships have taken me further than most stylists ever go. I've launched my own products. I've walked the floors of the factories where professional haircare is made, and sat down with the cosmetic chemists and formulators who create it. I've visited the plants that build the electrical tools of our trade — including the factory where GHD straighteners were originally made. I've developed my own digital perming machine and launched systems of my own.
Not because I had to. Because texture is a genuine obsession of mine.
What they say
“Zoltan is the undisputed King of the Keratin treatments. He has made me fall in love with my hair again after I had been damaging it for years with inadequate harsh treatments and straightening.”
“Zoltan is the master of hair retexturising; he customises his Keratin blends to smooth, straighten, dekink and defrizz any head of hair and has revolutionised my daily diy blow dry from half an hour of hard work to five minutes of effortless styling.”
“Zoltan's reputation as ‘king of the Keratin treatments’ is well deserved. His easy manner combines with instinctive artistry to deliver an experience as pleasurable as it is beautifying.”
“If I could only have one beauty treatment it would be Zoltan's keratin blowdry. It has changed my life. I can go from the shower, via the school run and into the office looking polished and glossy having only spent 10 minutes on a rough blowdry.”
“If you want to look like you just stepped out of a salon, every day for six months, book in to see Zoltan – his are the only Keratin Treatments that last.”
“Working alongside Zoltan has opened my eye to texture. Not only his many ways of expertly dealing with difficult texture but his ability to add texture to hair that is limp and needs body is revolutionary.”

What you should know before you book
A busy chair, not a luxury experience
One chair, booked properly. The salon runs late sometimes, and I would rather tell you that here than surprise you there.
The first visit is a learning appointment
I am getting to know your hair as well as treating it. My idea of a perfect result and yours may differ — we find out together.
Sometimes the answer is no
Condition is a ceiling. If your hair cannot take what you are asking for, I say so before we start, not after.
If a treatment went wrong
Correction is its own service, with its own rules. Bring what happened, dried naturally, and we work out what is actually possible.

The Tecsture Encyclopedia — what the market sells and what it actually is. Free, no login, written for you, not for the trade.
The EncyclopediaThree ways to start
Send a photo of your hair dried naturally, no product, and what you would like. I answer between clients — allow up to seven days.
Mini consultation online
A booked video call. The exact fee is on the booking page — it is not a deposit, and it does not come off the treatment.
In the chair
Every treatment includes the full consultation on the day, at no charge. That is where the real decisions get made.
Your morning should not be about your hair
Which direction, how far, and how long it should hold. Everything else — which bottle, which brand — is my problem, not yours.
